Home Visit

Me and my partner sharon where visited the house of Mother Leticia Gatdula, she was 59 yrs old. She was married to Mr. Pedro Gatdula were in her husband had an illness of diabetes. Her eldesr son namely Mr. Ramir the second is Mrs. Loida were in Mrs Loida is a balo women 2yrs ago when her husband died in a cardiac arrest, and they got a 3 children who's name is Rafael her eldest second,is francisca and the youngest is bettina. The third child of Mother Leticia is Ms. Teresita who was working at ortigas and graduated at PUP. Her youngest is Edgardo 23yrs old. Mommy Leticia past time work in their house is to make a doormat. She gave us a task to do while we were at their house. It was my first time to encounter the snail tail to cut and that was our food for that day, i was shocked because i do not eat so called "SUSU" that was a shocking moment to me,but anyway it was an experience to me. The second task that she gave us is to make
 "PAGLALALA NG BASAHAN"

and absolutely it is also my first time to do that,& i have no idea to do that task but she told us of how to make it. She instruct us and definitely i already follow the instruction and we did us well. I am already proud to myself to fulfilled the task. While Ate Loida was entertain us she told us about her life when her husband is still life with her.I was inspired to ate loida when she was talking to us i feel the happiness and love to her husband. We do also an household chores were in me and my partner wash the dishes, cleaning their house. Unfortunately and honestly speaking the family we visited are in good terms or simply they live in a average family, which they can afford to buy a gadgets and eat well. Based when i observed their house i can say they are not live in a poorest family but he experience that i encounter in their house is the one i can treasure because living in a a family you did not know or you are not connected with each other is difficult you need to gain the trust of the family you served, you have to be honest, hardworking and friendly to them to catch their trust to you. In a quite little time we served that family i humbly say their are one of the many Filipinos are hospitable, and generous person like mommy Leticia did she accept us in a heartwarming treat.
